Diagram seems correct. Garage entry better. Wish Level 5 plan was ground floor plan on 20th and Madison, so we can maximize park in SW corner.

Apologies if this has been covered in earlier meetings - I just moved into the neighborhood:) What is the construction timeline? What can residents immediately surrounding the premises expect when construction is happening?  Property access / parking / noise?

How much parking is available for apartments and what will the development’s impact be on on-street parking.

Thank you for the percentage info on the units.  Do you have specifics on square footage/price point of the units?  Also -are the new market trends away from condos towards larger square footage/ increased outdoor space playing into your planning for this project?  Are you confident that there will be demand for these units once the building is completed?

Would you please show the slide that shows floors 5-13 or 16 or whatever it was? That one, you flew by. If you could.

I would still like to hear about on-street parking. Any idea how many tenants in these developments do not have cars?

I didn't catch what the gray shading indicates, at the corner of Main & 20th. Could you please speak to that aspect of the drawings?

I’m curious what leverage the residents of the neighborhood have against this project? Is this a done deal or do we have recourse? Is the Goose Hollow Foothills League in favor of this project or opposition?

Thank you!

Yes, from that drawing. Thank you for the clarification

I share and appreciate your optimism Sam, but I do think that we have learned thru this, that regardless of how small your living space is, public outdoor gathering space is more important than ever (in all seasons)!

I am sad about parking and the trees. But this is FAR better than the proposal years ago. Having MAC involved in the building will keep it nice and safer as they patrol. I hate losing that “park” and its trees. So the plans are definitely much improved. Headed toward the right direction.

What is the distance of the setbacks along 20th, SW Madison and 19th?

I agree with Cori's point. I think this a lot better of a design, and has most of my concerns addressed. Thanks Mill Creek and AM for presenting, this stuff aint easy
